Currently I train in person at 720 Strength Lower East Side located at 36 Ludlow St. I also train people in their building gyms.
My pricing depends on the service and training package you choose. Contact me for a custom quote and options that best fit your needs and goals. Below are our standard rates:
Single Session: 145/hr
Package of 4 Sessions:
140/hr *To be completed within a month
Package of 8+ Sessions: 130/hr *To be completed within a monthYes! I work with clients both in person and online. Online training includes personalized programming, check-ins, and support so you can see progress from anywhere.
I am a certified personal trainer, but I do not diagnose or treat injuries, nor am I a board certified nutritionist. For injuries or specialized nutrition plans, I recommend consulting a licensed medical or nutrition professional.
