I started Young Savage Fitness to create a space where anyone can train hard and feel truly supported. As a nonbinary trainer, my philosophy blends evidence-based programming with empathy, empowerment, and authenticity. I challenge clients to discover their strength while protecting their well-being and celebrating every milestone — inside and outside the gym.
